Refund Policy
How refund requests are handled.General Policy
We want Loadout Legends premium to feel fair. Unless a more specific refund promise is shown at checkout, refund requests are reviewed case by case and must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Eligible Refunds
- Duplicate charges.
- Accidental purchases reported promptly.
- Material service failure that prevents access to paid features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Billing errors caused by Loadout Legends or our payment provider.
Usually Not Refundable
- Charges after you forgot to cancel before renewal.
- Partial billing periods after cancellation.
- Loss of access caused by violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Dissatisfaction with expected game outcomes, character performance, or third-party game changes outside our control.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@loadoutlegends.com with the account email, charge date, payment provider receipt ID if available, and a brief explanation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
