Subscription And Billing Terms

Premium Plans

Loadout Legends may offer paid plans, subscriptions, lifetime access, early access, or other premium services. The checkout page will identify the plan, price, billing interval, included features, renewal terms, taxes, and any trial terms before you complete purchase.

Automatic Renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the stated billing interval unless you cancel before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, applicable taxes, and permitted adjustments.

Cancellation

• You may cancel a subscription through your account billing controls or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
• After cancellation, premium access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment, ask you to update payment information, pause premium access, or cancel the subscription. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts where permitted by law.

Taxes

Prices may not include taxes unless stated. Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged based on your billing information and payment provider rules.

Plan Changes

If you upgrade, downgrade, or change plans, the change may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the option shown at checkout or in account settings. Proration may be handled by our payment provider.
