Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Loadout Legends, including our website, account tools, sync features, character loadout tools, premium features, and related services. By using Loadout Legends, you agree to these terms.

If you use Loadout Legends on behalf of a guild, organization, or other group, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity resulted from our failure to use reasonable security practices.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Service Use

• You may use Loadout Legends for lawful personal, guild, and community gameplay-related purposes.
• You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape at abusive volume, reverse engineer private service code, or use Loadout Legends to distribute malware or harmful content.
• You may not use Loadout Legends to violate a game publisher's rules, terms, or technical protections.

User Content

You may submit character names, loadout data, guild data, notes, logs, profile information, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Loadout Legends a limited license to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it.

Premium Services

Premium features may require payment. Prices, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, cancellation methods, and refund rules will be shown before purchase.

We may change premium features or pricing prospectively. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide notice where required by law or payment platform rules.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Loadout Legends may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, game changes, or security needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of all user content.

Disclaimers

Loadout Legends is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Loadout Legends is an independent fan and utility service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Daybreak Game Company, Darkpaw Games, EverQuest, or any related rights holder unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadout Legends will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Loadout Legends in the 3 months before the claim or $100.

Termination

You may stop using Loadout Legends at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or if continued service becomes impractical or unlawful.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of Loadout Legends after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
