Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Loadout Legends infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the information below. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Notice Requirements

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by the DMCA. We may restore the material if the complaining party does not file a court action within the required period.
